General Practice, Attorney at Law

I have maintained a general practice, sole proprietorship, since 1985.
While I consider myself to be a true general practitioner, the majority of my practice is centered around Plaintiff's:

• Personal injury and negligence claims
• Real estate
• Wills and Probate
• Misdemeanor and Gross Misdemeanor criminal defense
• Variety of business matters including incorporations, partnerships, and contract law

I am a litigator, but I am also also proud of my ability to negotiate resolutions without litigation.
I believe my greatest strength as an attorney is to see both sides of an issue, and to use that ability to make complicated matters simple. I enjoy the relationships I develop with my clients, and the reputation that I have worked very hard to maintain with my colleagues and the judiciary.
