About Rick Carlson, Attorney at Law

I have been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 1983. I am:

• A member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyer's Association since 1988.
• A member of the Ramsey County Bar Association since 1984.
• Licensed in all courts in the State of Minnesota, although my practice is primarily in the District Courts.

I am a no-fault arbitrator. I am rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest professional rating available.

About Rick Carlson
I was born on November 20, 1957 in St. Paul, MN and have lived the majority of my life in White Bear Lake. I've been married to my wife Erin since 1981 and have two adult sons, Dave and Dan. The Carlsons are a hockey family. I was blessed to have spent many years at the rink with my boys, and still play myself. We also like to golf, and boat on White Bear Lake, where I have been known to spend a few hours with fishing rod in hand. I have been a lifelong member of South Shore Trinity Lutheran church in White Bear Lake. I enjoy my regular participation in a men's and couples bible study.
